About the Role Strategic Lead, Region Europe Experience Center, Mercedes-Benz. The Strategic Lead for Experience Center will lead the most important transformational project for Mercedes-Benz marketing department in Region Europe This role will be responsible for leading the strategic development of the Experience Center for Europe, defining how the vision is manifested in the real world and working with the Team x Core Coordination and Marketing Operations teams to make it happen. Working closely with and reporting into Team x Region Europe Lead as well collaborating closely with all Team x and Region Europe Stakeholders. KEY RESPONSILITIES To lead the definition of Experience Center for Region Europe Work to define operating model to high level of detail Ensure the planned outputs and benefits of Experience Center are realised Plan and lead successful deployment of pilot activity as well as full Experience Center roll out Ensure that Experience Center is a key vehicle for delivery of our innovation agenda Collaborate to ensure internal and client understanding and consensus within the region, at market level and across marketing discipline leadership To ensure alignment with global Experience Center thinking and output as required To facilitate sharing of Experience Center thinking and practices between regional teams Drive change management with Team x markets and regional teams Team x is Omnicom's integrated worldwide agency team for Mercedes-Benz. Experience Centers are the 4 central hubs within the Mercedes Benz marketing organization that will activate Media, CRM, Content, Social, Website and Personalisation. About You REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Strong understanding of digital marketing across Media, CRM, Content, Data, Website and Social - their role in the marketing mix as well as how they are deployed. Strong experience in project management, client leadership, marketing operations and campaign operations Ongoing - day-to-day connection and influence of the Hub leads (EC requires cohesion across teams) Excellent Relationship skills - client collaboration required to shape this the right way for Region Europe Experience working in large organisations with a wide network of stakeholders, managing and aggregating expertise and inputs from multiple sources Experience working with major global brands to develop and evolve their Digital Media approach, with extensive and strong project management expertise Understanding of agile working models KEY QUALITIES Confident, communicative and proactive working style Takes responsibility to define and deliver how we can best support our clients Comfortable working hands on as well as managing teams We want everyone to make the most of the opportunity to shine and showcase your talents and we are happy to make adjustments in the recruitment process so you can be your best.
