THE ROLE As the Northwest Regional Recruitment Consultant, you will have the autonomy to grow the business in the northwest of England covering key cities such as Manchester and Liverpool. This is an exciting 360 position that offers you the opportunity to utilise your flair and creative approach to setting up a new region, introducing Smile Education into schools, including Primary, Secondary and SEN. You will need to be resilient and tenacious with genuine communication skills, being able to build natural relationships as this is key to any success, you must be extremely determined, self-motivated and goal orientated; be a problem solver and able to think on your feet with the ability to work under pressure hitting targets in an ever-changing environment. This role will include some travel to the Birmingham office (expensed) but also lots of flexibility to work remotely. TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES – WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
