Branch Sales Manager
Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a leading Plumber's merchant in the Merseyside area who are looking to add an experienced Branch Sales Manager to their team. Your main duties will include: Implement and deliver local sales plan to drive margin and sales growth using all internal tools and systems, and local knowledge to identify and develop sales and customer opportunities, including customer segmentation. Deliver growth in basket size through leveraging the trade saver model. Ensure you, and your team, fully understand and can articulate the customer promise, ensuring that your branch is able to deliver it effectively and using as a sales tool to grow business Where required, provide sales development coaching to other branches within the family to support and help develop their local sales plans Understand and communicate local market conditions and competitor, customer activity to the ADs to support Area growth plans Looking for future potential to ensure the business continues to be profitable moving forwards Adhering to and embedding the sales strategy from both a local and contract perspective, in line with targets around margin and costs The successful candidate will have: A proven track record within a sales environment Previous success in managing teams Skills and abilities in developing customer relationships and driving key account relationships An understanding and experience within the plumbing and heating sector In return our client is offering: A basic salary of £34,000 per annum A highly competitive profit share bonus Simon Acres Recruitment are the recruitment agency acting on this vacancy.
