New Business Manager - Automotive Retail We are exciting to be working alongside and industry leading business to introduce a great New Business Manager position focusing on Automotive Retailers . In this new role of New Business Manager, Automotive Retail your remit will be togenerate new sales across the Automotive Retail Sector, whilst developing the sales of cross-business services and solutions into Dealerships and Bodyshop’s In this role, we are looking for someone who will: Create and retain an up-to-date pipeline of new business opportunities across the Automotive Retail sector Design and implement a sales strategy to deliver Group wide products to the existing account base Deliver new business, in line with targets and oversee the implementation until Account Manager handover. Play a strategic role in contract negotiations and ensure account win is at best possible terms in line with business objectives Achieve profitability targets, as agreed as part of a budget, for any contract renewals and new business wins Take a leading role in New Business Tenders and ensure all stakeholders are involved as necessary and contribute accordingly. Our New Business Manager, Automotive Retail will bring the following skills, behaviours, and experiences: A previous and successful track record of working within the Automotive Retail Sector is desirable, as is an understanding of the Accident Management Sector within the UK Results orientated individual with an open mind to change The ability to innovate and combine innovation with emerging market trends Excellent analytical skills - ability to use data in order to drive performance and plan resources effectively Previous experience of contract negotiation and playing a key role in formal RFI/RFP tender opportunities.
