Drawing on their knowledge from a range of channel & category experience, they will bring their strategic craft to work with the desire to design & deliver brand experiences that connect with people across continents, cultures and communities . This role is leading a Blue Chip client undergoing significant transformation in a world of disruption & change. We are looking for a candidate who wants to create the new path forward and lead a team to deliver BIC communication strategies that will help them to realise their future. About You You are a unique strategist looking to find your new home amongst others who want to create new spaces fo r Media to engage humans & transform their experiences with brands . As an individual, you are : Curious: about humans, what makes them tick, what makes them connect. About channels, new, old and changing, always asking how can we break the mould of how things may have been. Creative: always looking for new and exciting ways to bring brands to audiences. For the extra ‘spark' or stretch in the plan that may not be expected. Challenging: themselves and others to consider if there is a new way, a better way or an uncharted way to solve business challenges . Collaborative: a desire & ability to collaborate with different skills, personalities and ways of thinking. To bring people together to find new ways to design, deliver strategies and hold ourselves accountable to them. Experience: 15 years in marketing communications strategy and / or media planning and strategy Solid understanding of the Auto market and the brand strategies needed for this sector Successful track record of major client thought leadership Experience leading, managing & motivating teams as part of a collaborative environment Evidence of balancing the requirements of Brand and Demand outcome based performance communications strategies. Skill: Understanding of the basics of brand valuation with an ability to quickly understand human psychology and how that influence s brand choices Understanding of syndicated research tools, consumer research methodologies & techniques Ability to write and present integrated strategies clearly at a senior client level Ability to advise on communications strategies encompassing: Consumer Experience, 360 Media environment ( inc Digital, Social, PR, Events) Ability to bring senior clients and agency partners along on an evidence based strategic narrative that may make them feel uncomfortable to explore, yet compelled to try.
