As a Business Development Manager you will target end user clients in an array of sectors including construction, education, and HoReCa. You will be working on specifications with clients for their modular accommodation requirements throughout the region. The Business Development Manager will be selling their permanent, project based, solutions you will also have the opportunity of hiring welfare units, temporary accommodation, and storage solutions across the area to the construction and end user sectors. This is a key account level role in which you will have plenty of support from internal sales & marketing as well as generating leads from your own sources. The Business Development Manager will have a small number of prestigious accounts with national remits and will be tasked to grow & develop them year on year. This is a fast-paced field sales role and our client is looking for dynamic sales professionals to join the team who have an understanding of the modular hire industry and solution selling. The Company: Our client is one of the UK's largest temporary accommodation and offsite modular building solutions businesses. They have recently restructured the business to put the customer first with strategically placed depots to tend to the needs of clients. They have also grown via acquisition which has given them unrivalled infrastructure in this sector. This role has come about due to internal promotion and as such they need someone with drive, tenacity, and a new business acumen to take the area forward from a very strong base. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Have field sales experience within the modular building industry Construction sales backgrounds preferable An organised, structured, and new business focussed person Understands consultative selling processes Superb communication skills Someone who is prepared to go the extra mile Clean driving licence Salary: £45k-£47k basic salary 12-15k OTE car or £450p/m allowance pension 25 days holiday Candidate Location: Bristol, Swindon, Gloucester, Exeter, Cardiff, Slough, London, Birmingham, Wakefield, Northampton, Leicester, Derby, Walsall
