About You MG are searching for someone who is passionate about Paid Social and/or Paid Search Advertising. This person will find themselves working closely with all the major social and search platforms to deliver best in class advertising campaigns. If you only have experience in either search or social, you are required to be eager to learn about the other specialism, as you will be trained and upskilled for this role and expected to manage both. About the client OmniGov is a specialist division created to handle UK Government media buying, the largest advertiser in the UK, and a top 10 UK agency in it's own right, handling over 80 very different government departments. We were originally awarded the 4 year contract in 2018 and late 2021 we became the first agency ever to retain the business for the next 4 years. You will be joining an award-winning team, with OmniGOV being named as the Agency Team of the Year at the Campaign Media Awards 2021 for the second year running. You will work on campaigns that can represent the most profoundly challenging issues in our society aiming to help, improve or save lives. At other times they simply aim to inform the public. But at all times they matter. What we are looking for The Biddable Senior Executive role supports the wider team in three key areas: Implementation - Setting up and launching multiple search & social advertising campaigns at any one time, sometimes for multiple clients. You will be responsible for ensuring QA processes are followed and campaigns are closely monitored to ensure good performance. Optimisation - Responsible for optimising across platforms whilst campaigns are in flight to achieve campaign outcomes. Reporting - Responsible for producing detailed and high-quality reports and analysis presentations for our clients. Candidates should have the ability to spot trends & insights and deliver learnings to clients that have a real impact on the success of their business. Planning - Helping produce detailed search advertising plans in excel - which can be easily understood by the client and, once signed off, are translatable to the relevant platforms. Assisting with creation of slides to accompany these plans. We require A good prior knowledge of running paid-advertising campaigns across a variety of search and/or social advertising platforms. Candidates are not expected to have exhaustive knowledge of every channel but a good grounding in a variety of channels is a bonus Experienced in producing detailed media plans that make use of a variety of objectives and targeting types. Comfortable presenting plans back to other members of staff and sometimes to clients. Closely monitor campaign performance & action optimisations to improve the performance of the campaign. Be able to develop strong relationships with clients, agency partners and suppliers to gain their trust, respect and confidence Deliver biddable planning, implementation and reporting to the highest standard, whilst pushing innovation & driving value for the tax payer.
