As a Customer Advisor and Claim Handler you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Main duties would involve placing and answering calls (no sales or cold calling) and capturing all the relevant information efficiently and accurately, whilst providing an excellent customer experience. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with experience within customer service field, and who is looking for career development The Role: Based in Liverpool city centre (Birkenhead location available) Salary: £ 19,500 - 21,000k per annum Full-time (37 hours per week), overtime available Working hours: Monday - Friday between 8:30 am -5:30 pm (NO WEEKENDS) Hybrid working schedule - up to 3 days per week Excellent training and development IT equipment provided Experience, Skills, and Attributes Excellent Communications & Customer Service Skills with people at all levels Ideally previous experience within a telephone-based environment Professional approach at all times Great written, oral, and interpersonal skills Enjoy a busy environment Ability to work on own initiative Attention to detail - crucial Need to be able to pass standard DBS and CCJ checks.
