Are you a service-driven individual with a background in successfully managing key accounts? You will be responsible for playing a key role in ensuring our new and existing client relationships are well maintained and developed for optimal growth. Here at Advanced Supply Chain, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Holmfield . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25000 - £28000 per annum depending on experience. As our Account Manager , you will be accountable for providing first-class customer service and ongoing support to our main accounts. You will be working alongside our other Account Managers to continue to provide and deliver a cost-effective and customer-focused operation in line with our best practice and will be managing the accounts expectations whilst overseeing any queries that arise and making sure these are dealt with in a timely manner. Reporting directly into the Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be showcasing our values and making sure our key accounts receive first-rate service. Our Account Manager will be welcomed into a client orientated vigorous team who all have an exceptional understanding of our client’s requirements. For the right individual this will be an exciting opportunity to be able to work with a variety of well-known clients globally across the fashion and home wear industry. Responsibilities of our Account Manager will include: Managing customer expectations effectively whilst making sure this is in line with achievable operational service levels Communicating with customers and referring any relevant customer intelligence to the site General Manager Producing detailed monthly reports which outline the information of the customer accounts for the Client Relationship Manager Liaising with carriers/transport companies/customers to provide booking slots in the Goods In department, along with maintaining stock control and stock file integrity Inputting data based on the goods received and putting the amounts onto the internal stock database Providing support to internal departments with any queries or issues relating to customers and identifying opportunities to improve customer service level Ensuring the production of despatch notes and despatch stock from the internal stock database and ensuring accurate stock files are maintained and invoice all processes and materials accurately to the customer What we’re looking for in our Account Manager: Good Excel skills and the ability to use business systems tools The ability to understand and identify the key needs of our well-valued customers and develop ongoing practical solutions Previous experience working across key accounts An exceptional individual with strong B2B sales environment experience Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge and understanding of warehousing processes The ability and drive to deliver KPI’s and customer SLA’s What you will get in return as our Account Manager: In return, you will receive a company laptop and mobile phone.
