This Sales Executive is part of a small Sales Team for a niche company who provide natural materials to high end clients, providing excellent customer service and support for clients browsing showroom products, guiding them through the entire buying process to closing the sale, as well as actively developing business via email and telephone. It is envisaged that the right person will become Showroom Manager in the future. You will be adept at providing your expertise and product advice to customers, answering technical questions, taking telephone enquiries, identifying and targeting new business through campaign sales, building a network of clients and achieving monthly and yearly targets. The company have stands at 2 exhibitions a year, you will be part of the team who are the face of the business at these events. If you have previous customer service and sales experience, are highly professional with a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, are a quick learner and great at building relationships, then full training will be provided to allow you to achieve your full potential and earnings. The role is permanent, full time with working hours 8.30AM - 5.00PM Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday morning 9AM to 1PM, but being so diverse and busy, these hours fly by, your weeks work is recognised with thanks and Friday drinks, as well as Christmas bonus and summer events. Due to the rural location of the business, you will need to have your own transport.
