Pertemps are looking for an experienced Office Manager for their friendly client in Enfield on a permanent basis. The role Managing a team of call agents Dealing with quotations Dealing customer complaints Invoicing Follow up Sales Contact with Head office Requirements/Experience Experience in Drainage/ Water Industry Must have good English, both spoken and Written Confident Self Driven/Shows Initiative Ability to lead a team Requirements Flexibility- Happy to work a rota pattern 8am-4pm, 10-6pm Monday- Friday, with on call and occasional weekends required.
