Sales Executive London £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE) Bonus Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an international company who is looking for a self-starter Sales Executive, with a proven track record of producing great sales growth and who will have a background in technical sales/business development, to join their London based sales team. As a Sales Executive you'll need to be driven for success, collaborative in your approach, and able to persuade both internal and external stakeholders at all levels in order to fulfil role's requirements. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who can open doors and generate new opportunities in the market. THE ROLE: Some of your responsibilities as a Sales Executive are listed below: Ownership of the whole sales cycle, including proactive lead generation, tender and order processing, product design, and handoffs to client installation and maintenance teams. Proactively building new and existing consumer relationships. Client digital IoT service solution upselling. Accountability for meeting established business goals, a budget for sales, and pricing goals in the targeted market. Working together with the rest of the Sales team to increase client satisfaction. Accurate and timely reporting of sales and customer information. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Sales Executive: Experience of at least 3-5 years in the same job position or in asimilar one. Proactive, tenacious, and highly motivated A methodical approach to selling solutions. Digitally savvy, and comfortable with communicating complex information/proposals to a wide range of private and public sector stakeholders Customer-centric mindset - A desire to comprehend what adds value to clients as well as the bravery to try new things and adopt innovative ideas. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to connect with and collaborate with the appropriate internal and external networks. Prior sales and customer relationship management experience and outcomes. Excellent English communication abilities (written and spoken). Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms.
