Equity release advice is very fulfilling. It changes people's lives which, whilst a cliché, doesn't make it any less true. But you're only as good as the business you work for. Where do the leads come from? Are they any good? And won't I be traipsing all over the country? Not here you won't. Through TV advertising and joint ventures you'll get plenty of leads. These are pre-qualified (the firm has A LOT of qualifying questions) and over 60% of them result in a sale. Factor in a similar % of cases that go to the estate planning team and you'll be producing the goods. And good production means good bonus. In your first two full quarters there's no target. You get paid on all cases. Once past this point there's an extra bonus of 25% for good file quality. And bonus for referrals to estate planning. So on top of your £35,000 - £41,500 basic package you'll be earning on average an extra £5,000 bonus per quarter. You'll work in two postcode areas. But you'll spend 60% of your time doing telephone/video meetings with clients. The days of spending hours in your car sat in traffic are long gone. Whilst at appointments you'll have the best technology available. You can present on your tablet and complete your fact find on it. There and then, you can produce recommendations. So whilst you are doing your own reports the process is very slick. It works like this because they want to be as flexible as possible. People have families, events, things that go wrong. You'll work for a business that does what it can to make your life as stress free as possible. Don't believe us? Well how about one of their advisers? As part of the interview process you can speak with an existing adviser. Who better to give it to you warts and all? You’re an experienced mortgage adviser and you’ve always done well. You’ve hit targets and earned decent money. But you’d like the better financial rewards of a growing sector. Or you're already an equity release adviser but not getting the support you need. Either way you'll be equity release qualified (or be confident of getting it before you start). But you don't need prior experience of advising on it and there's an in-depth induction/training course. Click apply. Send a CV or contact details and we will be in touch.
