An exciting opportunity for a Business Travel Consultant has arisen to join a well-established Travel company in West Kent. This role can be hybrid or remote, but the sucessful candidate will have to travel to the office ddaily for the intial training and when required for any future training/ social events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a travel-based role, pride themselves on their ability to provide a high level of customer service and be confident working on Corporate Accounts. Duties include; Liaise with clients to understand their travel needs and requirements, continuously providing expert advice on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, dates, costs and accommodation; ensuring the best services available are offered at the best value for money Ensure that the company achieves the necessary SLAs, delivering exceptional resolve to customer enquiries and complaints, meeting delivery times and inter-department service levels. Adhere to all internal company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standard of work is achieved and maintained, including reviewing processes and identifying ways for improvements Have an overall awareness of Corporate Accounts and how they're trading, ensuring compliance is met with operating licenses and other trading standards Be proactive and responsible in identifying any training and development needs and ensuring that training is received via the appropriate method of addressing those needs.
