Marketing Executive Competitive Salary London - Heathrow Grafton Recruitment are currently representing a market leader in supply chain solutions, who are actively looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their fast growing team The purpose of the Marketing Executive role is to assist in the acquisition, retention, and development of profitable clients, to support internal communication to people, to positively communicate the client brand and values internally and externally, and to promote the business as an employer of choice. The ROLE: The main responsibilities as a Marketing Executive: Campaign Tracking - Create and manage a Social Media strategy in accordance with our Regional European and Global Marketing guidelines, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tik-Tok advertisements and posts. Drive and support targeted industry verticals for UK sales growth, focusing on Pharmaceutical, Retail, Publishing, and other emerging verticals. Ensure that all external communications adhere to corporate, legal, and brand guidelines. Content Suggestions - Contribute to the annual budget process by developing a marketing budget and plan for the coming year, including activities and events. Comply with country, region, and global processes to validate and measure budget, campaign, and event spend, ROI, and participation rates. Product Launches - Assist sales teams with lead generation strategies to increase new sales and volume. Conduct and measure campaigns and communications using various software programmes such as MS Office, Salesforce (CRM), and E-Marketeer / Pardot. Assist in the completion and gathering of necessary information for tenders and presentations. Assist with marketing activity in CRM and other marketing systems. Brand Management - Increase Brand Recognition in Targeted Verticals and Geographics (UK Domestic / Trade Lanes) - Integrate branding with our 3P strategy of People, Planet, and Patrons Internal marketing of GEODIS Business Temple, Mission Vision Values, Golden Rules, Leadership Principles, and Strategic Initiatives in order to support our global strategy of achieving "Ambition 27." Oversee the ordering, printing, mailing, and inventory of branded materials while maintaining brand integrity and effective cost control. Event Management - Plan and organise internal and external events, such as national conferences and exhibitions, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Stand management, including supporting materials and correspondence. Maintain and update the Content Calendar To support the business with marketing of other activities such as recruitment marketing The CANDIDATE: The ideal Marketing Executive: High level of design and copywriting skill Fully PC literate and able to use various platforms & software University working and thinking level Strong organizational & communication skills Experience in dealing with Sales Support tasks (including quotes) Creative in communications, process, and message delivery Experience with social media use for sales and brand development Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry preferred but not required Customer Satisfaction and entrepreneurial mind set Fluent in written and spoken English The ability to plan and prioritise workloads is required.
