Looking for a Marketing Manager to join a friendly marketing team, which is responsible for several companies, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and product launches whilst developing and mentoring your team of marketing assistants. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. My client markets to consumers, retailers, contractors, interior designers and architects, requiring the Marketing Manager to have an understanding of the interiors and home furnishings market and its different customer segments. Key Skills/Experience Required: Have experience / a strong interest in interiors and / or textiles brands. Have experience in managing and developing a team. Have experience in developing long term marketing strategies. Have experience in planning and executing product launches utilising the full marketing mix. Have experience in managing and producing marketing content for printed publications, websites, video, press releases, newsletters and social media. Have experience in curating clear and concise creative briefs for agencies to work to. Have experience in creating and implementing the content marketing calendar and development, updating and maintenance of content for the website and social media - in close collaboration with key stakeholders and supporting agencies. Have experience in managing various social media accounts. Have experience in understanding and analysing consumer sampling and Point of Sale. Be data driven and can comfortably analyse, monitor and report digital marketing data relating to the website and social media. Have experience in managing photoshoots. Have experience in planning, executing and measuring events. Work well yet accurately under pressure to tight deadlines. Be a team player, have a good sense of humour and strong communication skills. Possess strong project management and organisational skills, liaising confidently with the marketing team and the wider product team.
