The position itself is supporting the company with a head count of just under 100 employees across 2 sites (very close to each other). You will support them in a generalist capacity and be responsible for an HR projects (they are currently looking at revamping the benefits package) To be successful in your application you will need to come from a generalist (ideally SME) HR background and be open to supporting with anything and everything, this role supports to Finance so there is a chance you will be asked to assist with elements of payroll (although that is not a huge part of this role). This role is paying up to £50,000p.a. comes with 24 days holiday bank holidays, profit related bonus and additional benefits such as gym membership and an electric car scheme.
