Summary of the Role We are looking for a keen, motivated individual to join our team in Exeter. There are multiple positions available in a fast-paced sales environment. About Us We offer quality and custom-made telemarketing, integrated email and LinkedIn marketing service, specialising in appointment setting with professional services for our clients; utilising our skilled knowledge with targeted database generation. So far we have generated £350 million in revenue within 70 diverse sectors across 12 countries for over 124 clients. We provide everything needed to generate leads for a business; Telemarketing and email to hotkey solutions and event marketing. We work with a wide and varied range of different businesses, both locally and nationally recognised. Job Description You will be speaking with Managing Directors or CEOs of businesses ranging from 1- 50 million turnover, where you will be engaged in end-to-end sales, appointment setting, lead generation, data research, and managing accounts. The position does require a confident sales aptitude, but a friendly customer service demeanour will go a long way as you focus on providing prospective leads for your clients. Expertise and experience in the field are not critical, however, being able to communicate clearly and at a decent level while handling several tasks at once will be skills we are looking for. Working with us As a small business, the Managing Director is still heavily involved in servicing client work and ensuring that high standards are maintained. You will have direct support and learn from individuals with specialised marketing experience. With our small team, communication is open and encouraged as we collaborate and support each other. You will be given full access to every useful tools needed to complete the job and can have as much guidance on using industry-specific techniques as needed. Informal, casual dress code. Benefits The basic salary is £18,000 with an OTE of £23,000, 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays, alongside a commission structure in place on top of salary earnings. Working hours are 9 am - 5 pm Full Time (Part-Time/ flexible 3.5 hours). A fantastic social culture with company social events throughout the year.
