Are you an experienced administrator or sales negotiator with an enthusiastic attitude who is looking for a chance to be part of a growing team in a leading lettings role? Here at Pertemps we are looking for a lettings administrator/negotiator to join and established team of lettings consultants. This role is based in Peterborough and is a Permanent full time role Working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm. My client will pay between £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience and progression within the business is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Resourcing tenants Carrying out viewings within a 50 mile radius of Peterborough Obtaining lets on properties Organising property boards Dealing with telephone and email enquiries relating to tenants and landlords Tenancy renewals Referencing Providing admin support to the team Managing own diary, keys and appointments Liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords Any other duties required to fulfil the role Skills/Experience It skills inc Microsoft packages like outlook, excel, word as well as other internal computer software (CPFWINMAN would be advantageous) Excellent communication skills and customer service skills Positive, can do attitude attitude Team player and self motivated Clean Driving license Honest, reliable and driven If this sounds like you then apply here
