Housing Officer - Wheatley Homes Glasgow Salary: £34,969 - £38,089 per annum Location: Glasgow (home-based worker with travel requirement to allocated patch and Group offices) Duration: Permanent Work Pattern: 35hrs per week, Monday to Friday Wheatley Group is Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group. As a Housing Officer, you will be at the heart of this – becoming a familiar face in our communities, providing a comprehensive, high-quality housing management service to customers. Part of Wheatley Group, Wheatley Homes Glasgow (formerly Glasgow Housing Association) has a fantastic opportunity for experienced and caring housing professionals to join the organisation. You will be: an enthusiastic and caring professional who can work, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly innovating and improving organisation; passionate about delivering excellent customer service; and able to work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities. You should have: at least two years housing officer experience working with customers; excellent interpersonal skills; a good knowledge of current housing legislation; a proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management; and demonstrative experience of managing a challenging workload.
