Main Responsibilities Include: Sourcing candidates using available media such as job boards, social media, internal and external databases, advertising, and referrals. Match and select suitable candidates from applications received and screen candidates over the telephone and face-to-face. Qualifying and requalifying new and existing candidates on internal database. Input all relevant information relating to vacancies and candidates on to the internal CRM system. Provide initial on-boarding, checks, and compliance support, including obtaining references and any necessary declarations. Have an awareness of the market in which you operate and seize opportunities to grow the candidate base particularly in difficult to fill / niche sectors Provide administrative support, including formatting candidate CV’s. Gaining industry knowledge / research Work with the Consultants and the management team to fully understand the requirements of the hiring managers Updating/advertising vacancies on company website, social media and other necessary platforms. Headhunting/specified searches (at advanced stage) Candidate meetings, both on and off site (at advanced stage) Site visits The Candidate: Motivated, Confident & Driven Excellent communication skills, particularly confidence in speaking on the phone Strong IT Skills - including competency in the use of social media Initiative and desire to constantly learn/improve their skills and knowledge surrounding the construction industry whilst also being self-motivated and asking questions Consistently looking for ways to improve Previous experience is not essential for this role.
