We are a company of 35 people based on the Cams Hall business park on the edge of Fareham, near to Portsmouth and Southampton, with excellent access from the M27. As a result of expansion, we are now looking to recruit an additional trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant. The position We are looking for a graduate or A level qualified individual to work as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on finding skilled professional candidates to support our clients in their hiring programmes. You will be working on the telephone in an exciting friendly office of Graduate Trainees and Recruitment Consultants and will be building relationships and matching individuals to jobs. You will have lots of daily tasks to keep up with including working with your customers to arrange interviews for candidates and negotiating contract start dates with clients. About you Ideally you will be a university graduate (or similar) with a competitive and ambitious personality and the desire to learn and succeed in business. You will be determined to earn rewards and commission to increase your income and will have a strong ability to communicate on the telephone.
