About the team & culture In your role as Chief People Officer / Global HR Director, you will report to our CEO and co-founder Philippe (https://www.linkedin.com/in/philippederidder/) and you will closely work together with our Culture Officer Domi (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dominiqueschroijen/), our Recruitment Lead Milan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/milan-pelgrims/), colleagues in the global leadership team such as Nick (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nickbogaert/), our COO, and with members of the different regional leadership teams such as Liz (https://www.linkedin.com/in/elizabethlukas/), our MD in the Americas. About the role We don’t believe in forcing someone into a specific job function so consider the following responsibilities as a starting point: Own the people & culture strategy be an active part of the global leadership team and help define Board of Innovation’s overall strategy create a vision on people & culture, and translate that into a complete and coherent people & culture strategy and roadmap that accelerates our company’s growth ambitions (for domains like sourcing & recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, compensation & benefits, feedback & performance management, culture, organisation design, diversity & inclusion, hybrid way of working,) Manage people & culture projects adopt a hands-on mindset in making the strategy happen that fits with the scale-up context and our entrepreneurial way of working manage people & culture projects from A-to-Z (together with the team and/or external experts) such as improving the company-wide onboarding experience, levelling up the recruitment process, optimizing our international reward packages and processes, introducing LTI’s, implementing the new set of values, strengthening a culture of feedback and performance, creating and implementing a learning & development strategy, taking initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, … Lead the people & culture team create an amazing global People & Culture team (spirit), by leading, hiring, developing, and motivating your team members support the Culture Officer in building and maintaining a differentiating value-based culture of authenticity, connectivity, entrepreneurship and positivity support the Recruitment team in growing Board of Innovation with amazing talents worldwide Be a proactive business partner partner with and coach our CEO, regional Managing Directors and other people leads, in strategic, tactical and more operational people & culture matters Requirements 10 years of relevant experience for this role (e.g. as head of HR, CHRO, HR Manager, HR Director, People & Culture Lead, Chief of Staff, Head of Talent, HR Consultant, Head of Learning & Development, Head of Comp & Ben) You understand the dynamics of a professional services firm You have a true passion for bringing together amazing talent all around the world, and nurturing a unique and positive culture You bring international HR experience and are able to navigate differences between countries and regions You have experience managing a team You can think strategically while also being hands-on enough to make change happen quickly in a scale-up environment You have the ability to lead with business ànd people in mind You are an outstanding project manager, collaborator and communicator Why work at Board of Innovation You enjoy the challenge of being part of the global leadership team of a fast growing, entrepreneurial organization where you can make a meaningful difference You want to be a part of a fast growing global team bringing together very different profiles and backgrounds bringing meaningful innovation to some of the world's largest organizations.
