The role: We are looking for an HR generalist with experience delivering HR Management systems and training to join our People team for an initial 6-month fixed term contract. You’ll will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR project activity associated with a new HR Management system and other HR project work such as developing learning and development programmes and bite sized training. Reporting to the Director of People and working closely with the People and the project teams, you’ll blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline. This role can be done remotely however we would love to have you onsite at HQ in Bideford, Devon, once/twice per month to develop relationships and collaborate in person. We’re looking for: You will have strong understanding and experience in HR processes and practices across the entire employee lifecycle. You must have a proven background in managing projects with a keen understanding of the project management discipline and best practice. You will have extensive experience of data management and be adept at interpreting complex concepts and presenting them back to key stakeholders with ease in a simple to understand way. You’ll need to have experience rolling out HR Management/HR information systems from selection to development to delivery and everything in between. Confident in your HR knowledge and ability, you can help shape and develop various modules from Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Time and Attendance, Self-service, Learning Management, Engagement and Performance Management and Off boarding.
