Dentsu International’s HR Operating Office (HR OO) focuses on enabling HR to be a high performing, operationally efficient, technology-led and future focused people function. We implement and lead change across HR and our business, bringing specific expertise to solve challenges and drive continuous improvement of the function. This role is a key member of this team, co-delivering the agenda for our transformation journey in Global Talent Acquisition on an initial 12 month FTC basis. As a Programme Manager at dentsu, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary, complex SaaS programme from start to finish – working with key stakeholders and leadership teams around the world and keeping cross-functional teams across dentsu connected. It’s your job to co-ordinate geographically teams across multiple time zones and cultures and keep them updated on our progress and key deadlines. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to help shape a transforming function and to drive change via a critical, global SaaS deployment. You will be dedicated to ensuring that all teams are executing effectively to build out the strategic infrastructure of our critical recruiting systems. You must be extremely collaborative, be content with some ambiguity (and scope changes) and be comfortable in a complex ever-changing environment. You’ll be unafraid to try new things and find creative solutions to solve problems across any of our 140 countries – but most of all you’ll always be the most organised person in the (virtual) room. The role: Establish structure and cadence to ensure teams work effectively together to deploy a new, global SaaS platform for TA and de-commission the existing platform Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement a multi-million £ programme roadmap from mobilisation through to implementation of an MVP product and further, long term iterations Proactively share and present on our progress to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnerships Identify and make decisions that have a significant programme impact and escalate and articulately present decisions that cannot be resolved to the agreed governance forums. What we’re looking for: Proven track record in Global Programme Management/Delivery Management with excellent project management skills and superb organisation skills Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, business-facing global enterprise scale deployment ideally within HR Ideally you will have completed relevant, formal training and qualifications related to project management e.g. Six Sigma, Prince2, PMP or similar You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness You have a growth mindset and are truly flexible; you can shift tasks and priorities easily Enthusiastic team player, able to work with and manage teams, to influence , co-operate and collaborate Experience in delivering and integrating SaaS applications (ideally HR platforms); Workday experience would be very beneficial Joining dentsu international, you’ll join a team of 48,000 people.
