Picture Yourself At Pega The Commercial Operations Enablement Specialist will be responsible for orchestrating Business Officer and Commercial Ops staff enablement needs including onboarding, technical webinars and other enablement events. Your role is essential in building confidence and capability in our growing Business Office and Commercial Operations team as Pega transitions to the “as-a-Service” business model. All work is to be completed at the Reading, UK office site unless specifically required otherwise. What You'll Do At Pega Orchestrate Enablement programs, workshops (instructor-led and on-demand), and events for Business Officers and Commercial Operations staff (R enewals , Pricing Specialists). Work with instructors/presenters to solicit, build, and track development of enablement program deliverables (e.g. prework and on-boarding requirements, agenda, and feedback survey). Communicate enablement program logistics and prework/on-boarding requirements to students, track and record student progress, and escalate cancellations and non-compliance situations. Complete enablement follow-up tasks (e.g. compiling workshop survey results, recording exam scores, sending instructor feedback). Maintain responsibility for other operational tasks as they arise. Identify redundancies in processes, potential data tracking oversights, and areas for general improvement as they arise. Maintain knowledge management (KM) platform to ensure content is current, high-quality, and system meets end-user requirements Moderate internal discussions on the KM platform Coordinate with IT team to learn from and apply best practices in managing internal applications Who You Are You are highly-organized and able to coordinate with multiple people simultaneously. You are willing and able to help employees, managers, and others in a positive, enthusiastic manner. Proactive self-starter, demonstrated ability to perform, succeed and multi-task in a high growth environment with varying deadlines Strong communication skills to effectively gather relevant information from business groups Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong positive relationships with business stakeholders, including senior leaders. Strong writing and analytical skills to create Enablement documentation What You've Accomplished Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of relevant experience in Legal Operations and Contract Administration, including managing and Enabling operational programs and processes High attention to detail, strong organizational, project management and multitasking skills to manage multiple matters, to independently set own work priorities and to meet required work deadlines Be able to perform independent analysis of unique problems of increasing complexity and diversity, and propose solutions to key stakeholders H ave flexibility to take on special projects and/or additional responsibilities as needed High degree of efficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
