Employee Relations Manager – Day Rate Contract Our client is currently recruiting for an ER (Employee Relations) Manager to join them on an interim basis to support the on-going growth of the team/organisation due to a merger. We are looking for generalists with a strong experience resolving Employee Relations matters. These will include: performance management, grievance investigations/hearings, sickness & absence, and policy development to name a few, but most importantly, TUPE transfers. Please see a summary of the position below: Role - ER/HR Manager (TUPE Transfer) Location - Witney, Oxfordshire (temporarily remote - flexible working in future between home and office) Day Rate: £250 (£802 per week) Skills: Strong track record in a generalist HR/ER role.
