New Recruitment Manager opportunity ¦ Digital Assets ¦ £80-£85k FTE ¦ City/hybrid Trapeze HR are working on an exciting new assignment for a super business in the digital assets/crypto space who are looking for their first Recruitment Lead/Manager. The company has 80 employees, 4 office locations and this new hire will join the HR team to drive forward structured hiring for this dynamic, pacey City business. Surrounded by experienced and talented Financial Services specialists the workplace culture is vibrant and diverse with a focus on efficient professionalism. So, what will you need to have in the way of skills and capabilities? - A talented “modern thinking” recruitment /resourcing professional with international experience and a global perspective to support hiring in London, Paris, Jersey & the USA. - Someone to lead all recruitment activity, make improvements to current processes streamline activity to the core business objectives. - To be skilled at developing exceptional talent pipelines for all business lines - Have a strong direct hiring & head-hunting skillset - Knowledge and experience of EVP branding work - Experience recruiting into tech and FS roles – software engineers, research analysts, quant specialists etc - An understanding of how to develop an intern offering, building relationships with lycées, schools and universities would be a distinct advantage - A recruitment marketing mindset – you’ll need to be comfortable and skilled at writing good job advert copy and defining quality specs Qualifications Graduate with a business degree Extensive experience in Recruitment/TA role as well as recruitment expertise in a City firm Financial services experience is essential - you'll have worked in an investment banking, FS, consultancy or trading firm Exposure working within a smaller high growth company so that you'll know about the hands on operational nature of working at the sharp end Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills as well as being highly commercial & highly numerate
