We are now recruiting for an Internal Talent Manager to support the Head of Talent in ensuring that our Internal Recruitment and Development programmes are robust, agile and versatile in meeting the needs of the business. As the Internal Talent Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and ongoing management of the growth of the Talent areas of the business. You will focus on innovation and driving high standards of recruitment both internally and externally whilst developing initiatives across our three sites which contribute to our 3 Star World Class company award. You will manage and execute multiple projects including our EVP and Succession Planning initiatives. Ideally you will be from an Internal Recruitment or Agency Recruitment industry background with experience of managing a large number of business critical and professional level vacancies with a large number of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: · Ensuring that internal and external recruitment programmes are met and exceeded, with quality candidates being sourced · Strong collaboration with Talent & Development Team members in delivering an effective and aligned talent management approach in the hiring, development and retention of top talent. · Manage a pipeline and talent bank of candidates from multiple disciplines across multiple locations to meet current and future demand. · Taking ownership of the recruitment processes, continuously improving these processes and providing initiatives for better ways of working · Develop relationships (both internally and externally) to establish future demand plans and produce delivery plans in line with these demands. Consult, challenge and manage appropriate action to deliver hiring requirements · Partnering with hiring managers to ensure that successful candidates are interviewed effectively · Support data collation and analysis for the Head of Talent with data that tells the appropriate story for each vacancy and enables appropriate future strategy plans · Provide recruitment expertise and market knowledge to the business to assist with identifying the correct strategy for Talent Acquisition · Support, encourage and empower the team so that they can deliver the highest levels of service and represent ResQ (and our culture) as a genuine and professional career of choice. · Provide support and leadership to internal projects to help with development of staff and reduce attrition · Assist with supporting and planning Talent Development programmes for both new and existing staff to ensure that career aspirations are met · Focus on communicating and strengthening our values and championing the behaviours that define our culture · Continuously measure and evaluate the effectiveness of performance and development activities Required skills and experience: · Internal Recruitment or External Permanent Recruitment experience (3 years ) is a must · Excellent stakeholder management skills, internally and externally · Headhunting experience across Linkedin and Job Search sites is essential · Understanding of recruitment trends / markets to gain a competitive advantage · Analytical skills – developing and maintaining accurate recruitment reporting models (both past and future) · Must have good knowledge and understanding of data analysis and be proficient with Excel and presentation software · Experience of lifecycle candidate management, from requisition through to offer management · Knowledge of Talent Development activities and experience in supporting the same · Solutions focused and adaptable to change · A positive outlook and energy.
