We are looking for a Recruiter based in London as we begin to rapidly scale the company. This opportunity offers a broad scope of work ranging from full cycle recruitment for dedicated departments, driving global recruitment initiatives and senior level stakeholder management. You will be part of a highly motivated team that currently consists out of 40 recruitment professionals Globally. We have distributed the departments and countries within the teams so that as a recruiter you are able to focus and specialise as a recruitment professional for your business. Your focus can be within the HQ staff departments, but can also be in expansion or local operations within one of the 8 countries Gorillas currently operates. As a recruiter within Gorillas there will be no slow days and you will drive company success, while being at the heart of the fastest growing start-up in Europe Responsibilities Full cycle recruitment; Own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer and stakeholder management across the organisation. Candidate experience; Ensure that candidates are given the proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome. International scope; Support departments with global expansion as we launch in new countries. Passive sourcing; Creatively attract talent with outreach across various platforms and channels. Be an active team player and work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organisation. Leverage data to better understand all recruitment efforts and adjust accordingly. Requirements 4 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced tech or retail environment. A bachelors degree, completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
