We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Resourcer to join our team working on a large RPO private sector contract, resourcing and recruiting to permanent vacancies, based in the East Midlands and South. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. As a Resourcer you will be required to: Deploy a comprehensive range of traditional and innovative candidate sourcing, attraction and recruitment methodologies to attract and engage high quality candidates for selection against current and future roles. To include but not limited to; advertising, internal candidate Identify, match and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the client. Qualify and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies to hiring managers and arrange interviews as appropriate. Referrals, social media platforms, online CV resourcing & targeted candidate searches. Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently, and candidate updates are provided timely in line with SLA's. Be responsible for interview scheduling, issuing interview confirmations, providing documentation to candidates, and hiring managers and any other administrative tasks that are required to deliver an end-to-end resourcing service. Manage the offer process, updating the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) system where required and liaise with the compliance team. Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships whilst providing support to ensure that the candidates always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service. Complete pre-employment checks in line with company policy, relevant legislation, and client specific on-boarding processes The ideal Resourcer will have the following skills and experience: GCSE or equivalent - English, Maths (C). Excellent written and verbal command of English Experience of Word, Excel, Power point, and competent use of CRM database. Experience in a similar role Full UK driver's license but not essential
