Roles and Responsibilities of a HR Administrator: Providing HR administrative support to managers in the business and the HR team Set up and maintain personnel filing systems and database Assist in the recruitment and selection process, liaising with line Managers, recruitment agencies and job boards Support the HR Lead with HR administration i.e. creation of employee files and letters, employment contracts, new starter onboarding and orientation and exit interviews Responsible for the day-to-day management of Employee life cycle documentation and processes Skills and Abilities of a HR Administrator: CIPD Qualified Level 3 or working towards (beneficial). Excellent communication skills via telephone and email. Good IT skills – Microsoft proficient. High attention to detail. Ability to multi task. Benefits: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holiday.
