The HR Administrator reports to the directors and senior management and is pivotal to delivering a high-quality confidential administration process for the HR department and the wider business. Acting as the primary interface with all new starters, leavers and employee related queries to provide a premier service to the business. The role will work closely with the directors and senior Managers and Head of departments support the recruitment and payroll teams to ensure that the HR department deliver its commitments. 4K and group of businesses are going through an exciting period of growth and change, therefore this is a key role in developing the HR services we offer to the business. This role is administrative, advice, support in a fast-paced environment. The workload is very demanding and requires someone who has an eye for detail, can cope under pressure to deliver at a high level of accuracy. Main Duties and Responsibilities Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic & time bound objectives against which the incumbent’s performance will be assessed. ·To be the first point of contact/escalation for any internal HR issues whilst adhering to strict confidentiality terms at all times ·To champion excellent standards of quality whilst driving continuous improvement to existing HR processes ·Manage and improve the departments existing administration processes and provide access to all HR policies ·Update and maintain all HR trackers, online employer portal to a high level of accuracy Reporting (1) capture daily, weekly and monthly working status (2) probation reporting (3) turnover reporting (4) sickness data (5) Training and up skilling employee records (6) Job advertising ·Ad hoc reporting as required by the business ·New starter on-boarding program and training ·Liaise with the recruitment team and delivery accurate New Starter packs ·Liaise with managers to ensure all the correct information
