The learning operations assistant supports the administration and delivery of production processes across the learning experience design team. This brand new role will ensure learning content is tested and uploaded into our learning management system, make basic updates to existing content, and support colleagues with research and evaluation on a wide variety of learning projects. What you need to do Administration of production processes including; project planning updates, testing learning content to ensure it works on different devices and has followed inclusivity and accessibility design standards. Keep Sainsbury's the learning assignment guides up to date. Work closely with the learning technology team to support admin processes in Cornerstone (My Learning) for uploading/updating content. Ensure change management and asset management processes are up to date and all projects are successfully recorded. Provide research support to the team including developing surveys, administering results, planning and co-ordinating listening sessions. Administer Our Sainsbury's content pages for myLearning. Co-ordinate the logistics for large production activities including booking resource, equipment, and locations. Support the management of suppliers, including the set-up of new suppliers on SSP. As required, manage small projects that support the wider strategy of the Learning Experience & Product team. What you need to know and show Fantastic tenacity and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills A sound understanding and prior experience of Learning Management Systems and testing SCORM content. You can demonstrate that you are able to seek opportunities to connect with others and build productive and trusted relationships across teams, underpinned by you doing what you say you'll do. Confident, experienced user of Microsoft Office software and ideally have some knowledge of using project planning tools such as smartsheet and interactive collaboration tools such as Miro.
