HR Business Partner
We have an exciting opportuinity for a HR Business Partner to join the People & Talent Team on a permanent , full time (37 hours per week) basis. Working alongside the Head of People within an established Business Partnering Team the role will deliver HR best practice and commercially focused solutions that support the company vision and values. What the HR Business Partner role entails; Overseeing the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between HR and Operations Working with our Business Units to develop and deliver their People Plans aligned with Business Strategy Supporting the delivery of People Plans through effective project delivery and change management initiatives Understanding business unit budgetary requirements and the implications of costs and value add Contribute to Business continuity and growth through the development of People Strategies linked to commercial bids The building of relationships with union stakeholders Working with management teams to develop strategies to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover Take an active role in identifying training needs: creating solutions that are impactful, commercially-focused and aligned to strategic business plans Proactively coach and develop Managers and work with the People Relations Partners to address Employee Relations issues Work with business areas to manage the talent pipeline. Working with the Head of OD to develop programmes to identify and develop high performing individuals to fill future management vacancies Work with the business areas and the Talent Acquisition team to develop and lead a proactive recruitment strategies Undertake specific HR projects, creating an effective project plan and supporting the implementation in conjunction with key HR stakeholders Work with the Reward team to identify issues around pay & grading and benefits.The skills and experience required for the role of HR Business Partner include: CIPD level 7, or equivalent Prince2 or Project Management preferable but not essentialAbout Us The LTE Group is a national, public-sector learning, training and education organisation with a clearly defined mission to 'improve lives and economic success through learning and skills'.
