Senior HR Business Partner - Hybrid working
Amazing new Senior HR Business Partner role in an equally amazing growing dynamic Customer Service orientated organisation. The Senior HRBP will support the corporate services population and will work closely with Line Managers, ensuring that the generalist HR offering is 'fit for purpose' but also will meet the future growth of the business. This is an exciting time to join my 'values driven' client. Candidates grad/grad calibre will demonstrate successful HR business partnering gained in sectors where the 'customer is visible', i.e. retail, leisure, hospitality, rail etc. Strong ER practitioners are needed in this environment, but also applicants will have Management experience, L&D, Recruitment, reward experience -although there are specialist departments responsible for these HR activities, a good grasp of these areas of HR will be advantageous. The personal skill set for this opportunity will include exemplary communication/interpersonal and organisational skills and the self confidence and gravitas to hit the ground running.
