LondonEnergy are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Partner to work from our offices based at our head office in Edmonton, North London. As the Recruitment Partner you will support the business with talent acquisition and sourcing activities. You will engage with stakeholders, senior and middle management, to understand their hiring requirements and provide advice and solutions on attracting talent. The Recruitment Partner will provide advice and recommendations on the best route to market, supporting the business with both their blue and white collar recruitment activities. As a Recruitment Partner you are also responsible for: Sourcing high calibre candidates, ensuring headcount has been approved prior to recruitment. Conducting direct sourcing when required via LI, CV databases and other direct sourcing solutions. Identifying the right sourcing strategy for each role and researching the most appropriate channels such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. Managing and coordinating the selection and assessment processes including CV screening, ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit and inclusive. Developing and implementing strategies to encourage recruitment from targeted sections of the community. Efficiently managing the sourcing and recruitment process and provide managers with additional support on interviews, offers and supporting the on-board process. Providing feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process. Supporting Hiring Managers and People Partner to ensure line managers with recruitment responsibilities are adequately trained in the interviewing process. Contributing to the Recruitment Plan process involving HRBPs and managers and ensuring that it is linked to succession planning and internal mobility plans Contributing to specific projects across the recruitment responsibility area including the training of departmental managers on recruitment assessment techniques. Knowledge and Experience: Engineering/Construction recruitment background is desired, but not essential Experience with supporting staff on recruitment and development Able to work under pressure and prioritise a busy schedule Excellent Communication both written and verbal Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality A flexible and pro-active approach to cope with constantly changing priorities About Us: LondonEnergy operates the second largest waste contract in the UK, handling, and processing nearly 750,000 tonnes of London’s waste every year.
