We are working closely with one of our valued, Cardiff based clients on an exciting, temporary opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator. Our client offers flexibility, hybrid working, a supportive working environment, training and development opportunities and a favourable salary offering up to £25,000 pro rata. You will be joining the busy, tight knit team, supporting the department with day to day duties such as: Supporting the whole recruitment and on-boarding process Carrying out right to work checks Reference checking Creating and advertising job vacancies on various job boards Update social media platforms on open vacancies Maintaining systems Running weekly/monthly/yearly reports on the organisations recruitment activity Review and update existing contracts when appropriate Making sure new starters are up to date on the organisations policies and procedures Our client is looking for this individual that is hands on and comfortable taking on a high volume workload. Ideally you will have gained recruitment experience during your career and understand end to end recruitment and onboarding processes.
