HR Advisor Permanent, Part Time 20 hours £22,700 - £26,500 (pro-rated) Reading, Berkshire UK Your new role You will be joining this fantastic Healthcare sector organisation, located in the centre of Reading. This is a permanent and part time position, working 20 hours per week with excellent benefits. You will be part of an essential business support function providing an accurate and efficient HR Support service to their team, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the department and a high level of customer care. Duties and responsibilities You will take full ownership of the HR Process for the Healthcare organisation including Employee Relations, Induction, Training, Reporting, Absence Management and supporting our senior management team in a range of capacities.You will assist the teams with Absence Management and weekly reporting via Oracle and Excel. You will be required to deliver and implement inductions and training across the teams. You must deal with enquiries from staff in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. (Face to face/ Telephone) You must practice and maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times and exercise absolute discretion in the use of all patient/consultant and staff information. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for someone who has HR experience, with ability to cope with a busy environment. You must possess good computer skills and be competent with MS office to succeed. You need to be able to manage your time effectively, use your own initiative and have a great attention to detail.
