LMAX Group is looking for an ambitious and pro-active People Coordinator that will assist the People Operations team in providing comprehensive administration related to the employment lifecycle. Main Duties & Responsibilities To act as a first point of contact for all People related queries in our HR-inbox. To administer payroll submission on a monthly basis. To maintain internal database of employee records to the highest standard. To utilize our HR information system (BambooHR) to streamline the employment lifecycle. Conduct pre-employment screening for any new joiners. Assist in the creation of any People letters or contracts (ex. offer letters, employment contracts, probationary letters, secondment letters and leaver letters.) Manage onboarding process and carry out new-hire orientations. Assist in the development of new-hire training materials. Assist with any arising issues related to benefits, risk assessments, suppliers, and holiday. Assist in the leaver administration process. Ensure People procedures and policies are kept up to date. Maintain complete confidentiality of all HR-related information. Success Looks Like: Ability to maintain employee confidentiality. Superior attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Positive attitudes and relationships with business. Pro-active approach towards ownership and delivery of tasks and projects. Understanding of payroll processes.
