Company Description We are currently recruiting a Site Administrator at our Corby depot to support the site in ensuring that all administrative and HR tasks for the site are timely performed and to the required standard. Supporting both General Managers to ensure we are following group HR policy. Job Description HR / People Management Support Control of site 1-2-1’s and new starter review trackers Control site daily absence / AWOL management reporting process Ensure compliance of site Return to Work (RTW) processes / quality Maintain the site medical certificate tracker Maintain the colleague contact details tracker Ensure ROC policy is followed ensure quality is acceptable Ensure Disciplinary policy is followed ensure quality is acceptable Consolidate crew sheets at shift supervisor / team leader level Monthly HR KPI’s reporting Support with site recruitment and interview paperwork control Liaising with HR and supporting with note taking where required Conducting site HR paperwork audits where requested Supporting with ensuring signed copies of employee contracts are received Acting as central HR’s key point of contact for site Support site finance team with processing new starters/leavers as required Administration Update site communications boards with job adverts, announcements and site KPI statistics Maintain site COVID reporting trackers Maintaining T&A records for employees (excluding ASH and licences) Ensure fire registers are scanned and emailed to Finance (non-CGR) Support site uniform issuing and stock management Filing of non-payroll related paperwork into personnel folders Support management team with employee information requests Support site finance team with payroll/employee related queries Other general duties outlined by the GM, including arranging lunches etc Other tasks as directed by the General Managers Additional Information What you get in return: Competitive basic salary Competitive holidays Life assurance Pension Scheme Retail discounts This is a fantastic opportunity to join a personable and growing business with plenty of opportunities and a great team.
