Our client is a global leader within their sector, who are looking for an enthusiastic and excellent team player to join their human resources team in their Milton Keynes office as an HR administrator . As an HR administrator , you will be undertaking such duties as: Manage the recruitment administration process for employees, providing support to line managers to ensure good quality candidates are available. Co-ordinate with HR Officer and Manager on recruitment assignments, which includes sending out adverts. Raise contracts for new staff and manage entire new starter process from offer stage to probation as well as 12 monthly performance reviews. Maintain accurate absence data and manage absence issues in line with company policy. Taking responsibility for the continuous improvement of all standard documentation, including standard letters, policies, forms and procedures, document creation system. Ensures all changes to personnel are followed up diligently, making sure payroll are notified, accurate documentation is produced, organisational charts are maintained and files are up-to-date. About you: Our client is looking for an individual who is competent in: Customer Focus Planning and Organisation Communication and Interpersonal Skills Attention to detail Teamwork Problem Solving Continuous improvement Highly diligent and quality conscious Offering a competitive salary between £21,000 to £24,000 per annum (dependant on experience), the ideal candidate will have HR/Recruitment Administration experience in a busy office environment. As well as excellent IT skills, including Microsoft tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
