ABOUT US Kalcrest Site Services specialise in providing construction workers at all levels of the build – from trades workers through to site managers and directors, across the UK. THE ROLE As a Recruitment Account Manager you’ll be part of our friendly and lively team in a thriving construction recruitment company based in Rotherham (S60). You'll be working alongside our experienced team to help deliver a first-class service to our clients. The role will involve: Matching requirements of our clients to their desired candidate, to make effective placements Carrying out compliance checks Advertising our vacancies on various job boards Answering inbound telephone calls and dealing with general queries Providing high-standard customer service to our clients Managing existing client accounts Maximising sales opportunities within new and existing accounts Sourcing leads and building a strong sales pipeline Confidently negotiating sales Carrying out site visits WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone ambitious, with a positive, can-do attitude as this role comes with exciting career prospects and the opportunity to progress and learn new things. We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience. We can also provide encourage fully funded training courses in subjects such as customer service, business administration and other additional subjects where needed.
