We have an opportunity for a Resort Bars Managerto manage our resort beverage outlets, in Knutsford. The Mere Golf Resort & Spa is a destination for business and pleasure, with an 81 bedroomed hotel, expansive wedding and event spaces, Championship golf and an award-winning spa, set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. Our luxury conference and event suites cater for up to 550 guests. As our Resort Bars Manager, you'll be responsible for consistently providing the highest levels of guest care and service within The Mere Golf Resort & Spa, developing and maintaining a professional beverage team. To maximise all income opportunities and develop new revenue streams, whilst maintaining the standards, safety and quality of service as set out in the brand SOP. To undertake cost efficient scheduling of staff, ensuring all areas are appropriately serviced according to forecast and actual business levels. To be responsible for ensuring your team are experts in departmental service standards and that they are consistently striving to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Be responsible for stock control, wastage, ordering and recording. Ensure full knowledge of Epos, and that all team members are trained efficiently. To attain and exceed budgetary revenue and cost targets through the strategic maximisation of revenue and efficient control of costs. To establish and maintain a specialist team of food and beverage personnel through effective recruitment, performance reviews, training and development. To act as Duty Manager as and when required.
