Job Description Monitor and perform activities required to fulfill the regulatory reporting requirements for Pharmaceutical clients. Maintain distinctive quality and commitment as the operating philosophy in carrying out all processes. Continually seek out ways to enhance customer service experience both internally and externally. Monitor master reports for all client regulatory reporting deadlines. Complete reporting activities including monitoring, completion, final review, and submitting to the client, client partner, or Regulatory Agency as appropriate. Develop and generate ad hoc Argus reports requested by clients. Prepare line listings and summary tabulations for Periodic Safety Reports. Perform client communications to address and resolve case or process related issues. Conduct training presentations and provide on-the-job training for new and existing Pharmacovigilance Coordinators. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proficient computer knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer keyboarding skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organization and prioritization skills, able to multitask. Flexibility to adapt and meet fluctuating business priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Required: Post-secondary education or equivalent professional work experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred: Current healthcare license for degree or equivalent from state or country. Preferred: 2 years of healthcare related work experience. Preferred: Experience working with safety databases. Additional Information Candidate must be legally eligible to work in a European country. This is project position lasting 9 to 12 months.
