Job Overview To support the Clinical Governance team in delivering an effective and efficient customer-focused service. This includes providing administrative assistance in the functional processing of the clinical governance team with the administration of complaints reporting, appraisals and records management and supporting the service delivery of the wider team within a customer-focused environment Duties and Responsibilities • Providing support to the Clinical Governance team • To support the administration process of logging complaints and appraisals • To correspond with internal teams, candidates, and external clients • Support the daily operations of the Clinical Department • Ensuring all data is up to date, accurate and stored securely • Adhering to best practices within the Clinical team The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to follow processes and be focused and vigilant.
