We have an exciting short-term development opportunity for a Community Infant Feeding Nurse until 30th November 2022. This is a unique opportunity which will support development of the skills required to lead the implementation of NHS Ayrshire & Arran Infant Feeding Strategy in the Community setting. This development opportunity will enable the post holder to support implementation of best practice standards of care in the form of the UNICEF UK Baby Friendly Initiative Seven Point Plan for the Protection, Promotion and Support for Breastfeeding in the community setting, and will allow the post holder to contribute to and lead parts of the submission of the portfolio of evidence aiming to achieve the UNICEF Baby Friendly Gold Achieving Sustainability Award.
