Staff Partners Mental Health are recruiting for Mental Health Support Workers with NHS / Private Hospital Experience to work with a large Private Mental Health provider in Middlesbrough. Our client is looking for dedicated Mental Health Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care to work in their Neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility in Middlesbrough. The hospital provides treatment and support for those affected by acquired brain injuries (ABI) or functional neurological disorders. As a Mental Health Support Worker you will be a part of a team of individuals promoting a safe and secure environment to aid in recovery. The hospital is a modern, purpose built facility that has been designed specifically to provide a clinically led evidence based neuropsychiatric pathway for those individuals presenting with behaviours that challenge as a result of their ABI or neurological insult. Roles and Responsibilities: Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our clients care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs Report on medical & welfare needs as required Safeguard Maintain a safe, clean environment for all What can we offer you? £12.80 to £18.40 per hour salary As many shifts as you would like - working around you and your schedule Weekly PAYE payroll On-going position Dedicated Recruitment Consultant Fast-Track Registration Training & Support Excellent Referral Bonus Is this the role for you?
