As an ATE Engineer within the Test Engineering Department function your main focus would be to work within a team to develop and deploy the testing strategy to introduce new products to manufacturing and to analyse factory return data to refine the manufacturing process. What you'll do: Development of ATE systems for high volume electronics manufacturing against tight timescales. Monitor factory test results and implement ATE system changes for yield improvement and test time reduction. Support the factory to deploy ATE systems, monitor progress and fix issues. Work with the embedded processor software team to specify and integrate DUT control in the ATE system. Develop wireless DUT control scripts for stable and fast testing in manufacturing. Develop and maintain lab based test systems used to support factory ATE systems. What you'll bring: Must have experience working with NI products, TestStand and LabView. Must have TestStand framework and operator interface development experience. Experience working with embedded software in C/C# and the Linux operating system. Extensive knowledge of wireless test requirements for volume manufacturing. Experience working with NI PXI and Litepoint wireless test equipment. Change control, source control and documentation. Knowledge of statistical process control and six sigma principles. Ability to work with and coordinate local and offshore teams.
