For more information visit We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Project Development Manager (PDM) within the UOP Process Technologies (UPT) Technical Sales organisation located in Bracknell, UK. The primary role of this position is to manage execution of technical proposals for large, integrated Refining & Petrochemicals complexes in which multiple Technical Sales teams are engaged. The PDM manages projects across a global customer base, from early development phase through to successful award of complexes to UOP. You will provide both internal and external consultation and coordination to ensure Honeywell teams develop a winning and bankable set of proposals. Key Responsibilities: · Engage with Regional Teams to drive prospecting and early project development for integrated complexes. · Project manage the execution of technology proposals for integrated complexes. · Improve UOP’s win probability for complex projects through high quality early engagement with the customer. · Grow UOP’s share of the project to maximize UOP share of customer spend. · Work with the Integrated Project Solutions (IPS) team to develop value-added alternative solutions and proposals. · Participate in key customer meetings including ITB and proposal clarification meetings, to ensure proper project execution. · Lead the project specific sales strategy for complex projects to support and shape our technical solution. · Own and execute the Executive Summary and complex-wide Value Proposition sections of complex proposals. · Own and execute the complex guarantee strategy, drive development of individual unit and complex guarantees consistent with the strategy. · Own and execute the technical parts of the engineering and guarantee agreements for complexes, coordinating the input of Technical Sales Engineers handling individual units within the complex. · Coordinate proposal deliverables with external partners / alliances where needed. · Develop the Managing Licensor offer. · Lead development of FEED services offer. Qualifications: · Extensive experience in market research, customer engagement, sales or marketing · Bachelor's degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering) with extensive experience, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field. · Prior experience in commercial sales, technical sales, or engineering. · Ability to travel globally up to 20%.
